Absolutely. Our Foundation classes are tailored for first-timers with step-by-step guidance, slower tempo, and supportive feedback.
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your first session. Within 48 hours, we offer class credits transferable to any course within 3 months.
No-shows are not refundable. If a class is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund automatically.
Yes. Private coaching is available in most styles. Sessions can be arranged at our studio or online and are tailored to your goals, pace, and schedule.
We run sessions in central London, Manchester, and Birmingham studios with sprung floors and mirrored walls. Your confirmation includes the exact address and access notes.
Wear breathable clothing you can move in. Trainers with clean soles are perfect. Bring a water bottle and a small towel.
Yes. We stream selected classes live and offer on‑demand recordings for flexible practice from home.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time from your booking confirmation. Choose a new slot that suits you.
