These Terms govern your access to and use of AssetVault Dance Studio services in the United Kingdom. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking classes, or using any services provided by AssetVault Dance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as any policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- Users must be at least 16 years old, or have written consent from a parent/guardian.
- Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance via our website or at the studio.
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is due at the time of booking. We may use secure third‑party payment processors.
- Memberships and passes are non‑transferable and may have usage limits and expiry dates.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 14 days at [email protected].
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Single class bookings: cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a credit or refund.
- Workshops and events: cancellations require 72 hours’ notice unless stated otherwise.
- No‑shows and late cancellations may be charged in full.
- If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or credit.
5. Studio Conduct
- Arrive on time and follow instructor guidance at all times.
- Wear appropriate attire and footwear suitable for the selected class.
- Respect all participants and staff. Harassment or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Keep personal belongings secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Health & Safety
- You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and will alert staff to any relevant medical conditions.
- Warm up properly and use correct technique to reduce injury risk.
- Report any hazards or injuries immediately to a member of staff.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our materials—including choreography notes, class recordings (if offered), text, graphics, and logos—is owned by AssetVault Dance or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Data
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only what is necessary for bookings, payments, and service delivery. You have rights to access, rectify, and erase your data in line with applicable law.

10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssetVault Dance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
